Out4Life has many resources that can help you to re-enter the community successfully.  Including help in finding:

• Housing
• Counseling
• Mentoring
• Government services
• Church support
• Basic needs such as personal ID, legal help, SS Card, etc.
• Family support services
• Children of prisoner programs
• Support groups

Please review the national and state support available to you. Please do not hesitate to contact your state’s coalition leaders for assistance.

  The Council of State Government Justice Center has compiled descriptions of reentry programs and initiatives from across the country in a searchable database.  Service providers can add their program to the database.

  A comprehensive directory of resources for prisoners and their families all across the country.
