O4L - Michigan Quote

“Successful prisoner reentry is a priority for Michigan. It takes all of us, government, community leaders, social and faith-based organizations working together to make our communities safe. The Out4Life provides an opportunity to address barriers to reintegration, cultivate relationships and develop strategies to reduce recidivism.”

- Patricia Caruso
Director, Michigan Department of Correction
