Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registrants unable to attend the conference have two options:

  • Option A: Send an alternate person to the event.  There are no additional transaction fees for either party.
  • Option B: Receive a refund of the paid registration fee, provided the cancellation is processed no later than 5 business days prior to the conference.

 

No refunds will be given for cancellations processed less than 5 business days prior to the conference as we need to confirm meals and seating with the venue.
